The Cost

We have been working very hard to provide you with a product that will put coaching into the hands of the person that knows your body the best, YOU. We will provide you with consistent and reliable tools which will take your riding to a higher level.Most of the prescribed workouts (WODs) during the week will be accomplished in as little as an hour. This is obviously dependent on your race ambitions. Keep in mind all workouts are recommendations only. We know that life sometimes dictates what you can accomplish week to week. The system below is our basic framework. We modify this based on individual goals.

CritFit Rythm
Monday: Recovery (Foam roll, stretch, easy spin optional)
Tuesday: Bike WOD
Wednesday: Bike WOD
Thursday: Bike WOD or Recovery (Foam roll, stretch, easy spin optional)
Friday: Race Prep
Saturday: Race or Long Ride
Sunday: Race or Long Ride
